All services are subject to availability and require prior booking.

2. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our website.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

3. Liability

  • Trish's Tails will exercise reasonable care when handling your pet. However, we are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

    • Behavioral issues that may result in injury to your pet, our staff, or other animals.

    • Loss or damage to personal belongings left on the premises.

  • In an emergency, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at the owner's expense.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept all major credits cards and PayPal.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
